The White Coyote of Joshua TreeThe White Coyote of Joshua Tree

Free Childrens Books

Three of my favorite hobbies are writing, drawing and traveling. It was only a matter of time before I put them all together, and these little books are the culmination of that union. I originally wrote them for my grandkids, but was convinced by some friends to try and get them published. Well, I am really not interested in going through the publishing wringer, so I decided to offer my little stories free, on line, to anyone who wishes to download them. I only ask that you enjoy them with your kids!

The stories “Leading Lady” is, of course, my pooch “Belle”. Each story takes place in a different location that we have visited. The stories should be read in order, as there may be references to places or characters from previous stories. They are not actually a continuing series however, so it is still possible to enjoy each story on it’s own.

To download the stories, simply click on the title you wish to read. You will need a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat on your computer, unless you have a Mac, in which case it will just work.

The stories are not long, typically 50 half pages and take about 20 minutes to read. The stories were actually written to be read to children, with just enough artwork to activate the childs mind. Please enjoy!
